The area of Diakofti on Patmos is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. This area is the narrowest point of the island, around 200 meters in width. A few hundred meters before Diakofti beach is the area of Petra and from here you can take the path that leads to Psili Ammos Beach.

The area of Diakofti is a natural monument and is truly what we call infinite beauty. Unfortunately the majority of it is occupied by a shipyard. You can walk around the surrounding area of Diakofti and the bay of Stavros to see the beaches, a small pond with ducks, a salt pit and enjoy the natural beauties of Patmos.
